About Lindsay
Lindsay can be described as a positive and enthusiastic individual. She always has a smile and is ready to spread positivity. She began practicing yoga many moons ago after being diagnosed with a blood complication. Yoga has inspired her to help others who believe in the practice and for those with chronic pain, illnesses or other physical or mental challenges one may deal with. Lindsay completed a 200-hour RYT program through Old Town Yoga in 2017 and she is registered through yoga alliance. Her upbringing energy translates into her yoga which helps others come in touch with their own bodies and energy sources that flow within them. Lindsay’s style includes alterations, variations, sound therapy and aromatherapy.
